随着体育教学理念从“社会本位”向“学生本位”转变，体育教师须具备更高的专业能力，以促进学生全面发展。文章立足于健康中国背景，阐释体育教师健康促进胜任力的时代价值，指出其在服务全面育人顶层设计、支撑课程改革实践突破、引领教师专业发展等方面的重要作用；又从专业知识系统、发展性思维范式、组织创新实践能力三个维度解析教师胜任力的构成要素，强调教师需要具备跨学科知识整合与教学创新能力。文章通过现状分析揭示当前存在的健康教育角色认知不足、专业知识更新滞后、教学实践创新乏力、评价体系有待完善等问题，以及培训机制与专业发展生态支持方面的短板；针对性提出通过强化政策宣传、构建一体化培养体系、创新教学模式、完善评价机制、优化培训体系、改善校园环境等路径，为健康中国战略在学校教育中的实施提供专业支撑。

As the concept of physical education changes from “socialbased” to “studentbased”, physical education teachers need to have higher professional competence in order to promote the overall development of students.Based on the context of Healthy China, the article explains the contemporary value of health promotion competence for physical education teachers, pointing out its important role in serving the toplevel design of comprehensive parenting, supporting the breakthrough of curriculum reform practice, and leading the professional development of teachers.It also analyses the components of competence in terms of three dimensions: professional knowledge systems, developmental thinking paradigms, and the ability to organise innovative practices, and emphasises the need for teachers to have the ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines and to innovate in teaching and learning.The article reveals, through the analysis of the current situation, the current problems of insufficient knowledge of the role of health education, lagging behind in the updating of professional knowledge, lack of innovation in teaching practice, and the evaluation system to be improved, as well as the shortcomings in the training mechanism and ecological support for professional development.Targeted proposals have been made to provide professional support for the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy in school education by strengthening policy propaganda, constructing an integrated training system, innovating teaching modes, perfecting the evaluation mechanism, optimising the training system, improving the campus environment and other paths.
