以2015—2023年中国282个地级市面板数据为样本，将“双减”政策视为准自然实验，运用双重差分模型（DID）系统探究“双减”政策对体育培训行业的影响。结果表明：（1）“双减”政策实施后，体育培训企业新注册数量在教育培训市场活跃地区和非活跃地区之间差异显著；（2）教育培训市场活跃地区“双减”政策对体育培训有明显的促进作用，且这一结论通过平行趋势检验、安慰剂检验、倾向得分匹配（PSM）等多重稳健性检验；（3）进一步的异质性分析显示，“双减”政策对体育培训行业的效应在低收入的城市作用显著，而在高收入城市的效应未通过显著性检验。据此，提出分层施策，提高政策引导的针对性和有效性；强化供需协同，放大政策直接促进效应；立足地区差异，实施精准化政策引导等多种方式，促进“双减”政策后我国体育培训行业的稳定发展。

Taking panel data of 282 prefecturelevel cities in China from 2015 to 2023 as samples，this study regards the“double reduction”policy as a quasinatural experiment and systematically explores its impact on the sports training industry using the DifferenceinDifferences（DID） model. The results show that：（1）After the implementation of the“double reduction”policy，there is a significant difference in the number of newly registered sports training enterprises between regions with active education and training markets and those with inactive ones；（2）The“double reduction”policy has a significant promoting effect on the sports training industry in regions with active education and training markets，and this conclusion has passed multiple robustness tests such as parallel trend test，placebo test，and propensity score matching（PSM）；（3）Further heterogeneity analysis shows that the effect of the“double reduction”policy on the sports training industry is significant in lowincome cities，while the effect in highincome cities fails the significance test.Therefore，key measures for the stable development of Chinas sports training industry under the“double reduction”policy include strengthening the coordination of supply and demand to amplify the direct promoting effect of the policy，implementing hierarchical policies to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of policy guidance，and formulating targeted policy guidance based on regional differences.
