体育产业生态的日益丰富和传播技术的迭代升级，促使体育饭圈亚文化凭借特有的粉丝文化组织和社会化娱乐表达，重构青少年的体育认知和价值观念，不利于传统体育精神的传承。从偶像的泛娱乐化现象、媒体技术革新演变和资本驱动规则掌控3个维度探究体育饭圈亚文化生成机制，再从伦理冲击、认知偏差、规则破坏和专业干预4个维度考察体育饭圈亚文化对传统体育精神传承的冲击，进而从产业升级与体娱联动、发展瓶颈与偶像崇拜、文化渗透与群体模仿、算法推荐与矛盾激化4个维度透视体育饭圈亚文化对传统体育精神传承冲击的逻辑，最后提出价值引导、行为规范、媒介治理及文化融合等路径，包括在体育教育中强化传统体育精神传承、形成网络行为公约和行业自律、平台算法优化和信息生态建设以及创造性转化亚文化中积极因素的举措，以促进体育饭圈亚文化与传统体育精神融合共生，建设体育强国。

With the enrichment of sports industry ecology and the advancement of communication technology，the sports rice circle subculture has reshaped the sports cognition and value judgment of young people by virtue of its unique fan community organization and entertaining information expression，posing a challenge to the inheritance of traditional sports spirit.We analyze the generation mechanism of the sports circle subculture from three dimensions：the phenomenon of idol panentertainment，the evolution of media technology and the control of capitaldriven rules，and then systematically describe the impact of the sports circle subculture on the inheritance of traditional sportsmanship from four dimensions：ethical impact，cognitive bias，rule destruction and professional intervention.Then we analyze the logic of the impact of the sports rice circle subculture on the inheritance of traditional sports spirit from four perspectives：industrial upgrading and sportsentertainment linkage，development bottleneck and idolatry，cultural infiltration and group imitation，and algorithmic recommendation and contradiction aggravation.In order to adapt to these impacts，we propose the paths of value guidance，behavioral regulation，media governance and cultural integration，including the strategies of strengthening spiritual inheritance in sports education，establish network behavioral convention and industry selfregulation mechanism，platform algorithm optimization and information ecology governance，and creative transformation of positive elements in subcultures，so as to promote the benign interaction between sports rice circle subcultures and traditional sportsmanship，and to push forward the construction of a strong sports nation.
