Against the backdrop of globalisation，the digital transformation of sports diplomacy has become an inevitable choice for enhancing a nation’s soft power and international influence.Digital public goods are a core element in this process，transforming the paradigm of sports diplomacy through their openness and universality.This article examines the value，underlying logic and supply efficacy of digital public goods in sports diplomacy，exploring how they promote the sharing of sportsrelated information，enhance governance capabilities， foster industrial development and facilitate crosscultural understanding.Digital public goods are underpinned by nonexclusivity and social welfare；it is essential to strike a balance between digital empowerment and digital equity，and to overcome the constraints imposed by the digital divide on the efficiency of supply and demand. Optimising supply pathways requires establishing a policy and regulatory framework to define supply priorities，strengthening openness，sharing and equitable distribution，improving operational mechanisms to facilitate international expansion，and relying on technological synergy and transnational cooperation to enhance intelligence levels.It also involves shaping a discourse system for dissemination，integrating cultural symbols with contemporary issues，strengthening the alignment of crosscultural communication，cultivating a crossdisciplinary talent pool，and integrating digital technology with sports diplomacy expertise to enhance the effectiveness of digital communication.Through systematic innovation in supply pathways during digital transformation，digital public goods provide both theoretical support and practical impetus for building a community with a shared future for mankind and advancing the fairness and sustainability of global sports governance.
