面对加快构建体育学自主知识体系的时代要求，新质生产力通过激活知识生产要素，成为提 升体育学自主知识生产能力的重要动力。基于马克思主义生产力“三要素”理论，构建体育学知识生产 分析框架，揭示新质生产力赋能体育学自主知识生产能力提升的学理逻辑与实践路向。研究发现，新质 生产力推动了“知识硬实力”的技术跃迁、“知识原创力”的范式转变和“知识引领力”的话语构建，形成 了赋能体育学自主知识生产能力提升的内在机制。然而，当下体育学自主知识生产仍面临着新质劳动 者供需失衡、新质劳动资料质量参差、新质劳动对象边界模糊、制度环境协调不畅等现实问题，从人才、 数据、伦理和制度等4个维度提出能力提升的策略：①构筑“体育+X”跨界融合培养体系；②建设国家级 体育科学数据基础设施；③确立数字时代体育研究治理规范；④重塑创新导向的评价与协同机制。

In the face of the era’s demand for accelerating the construction of an independent knowledge system in sports science，new quality productive forces have become an important driving force for enhancing the independent knowledge production capacity of sports science by activating knowledge production factors. Based on the Marxist theory of the “three elements” of productive forces，an analytical framework for the knowledge production of sports science is constructed to reveal the theoretical logic and practical direction of how new quality productive forces empower the enhancement of the independent knowledge production capacity in sports science. Research ?ndings show that new quality productive forces have driven a technological leap in “hard power of knowledge”，a paradigm shift in “originality of knowledge” and a discourse construction of “leading power of knowledge”，forming an internal mechanism that empowers the improvement of autonomous knowledge production in sports science. However，at present，the autonomous knowledge production in sports science still faces practical problems such as the imbalance between supply and demand of new quality workers，the uneven quality of new quality labor materials，the blurred boundaries of new quality labor objects，and the poor coordination of the institutional environment. It is urgent to propose strategies for capacity improvement from four dimensions： talents，data，ethics，and systems，which includes ① build a cross-border integrated training system of “sports + X”；② build the national-level sports science data infrastructure；③ establish governance norms for sports research in the digital age；④ reshape the evaluation and collaboration mechanism oriented towards innovation.
