“体旅文商农”产业深度融合是构筑体育强国构建新发展格局、努力开创体育产业高质量发展 新局面的战略决策。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析等方法，揭示“体旅文商农”产业深度融合的内涵特征 与逻辑机理，构建“基础业态支撑创新业态、创新业态反哺基础业态，传统与创新协同共生”的双轮互驱 机理框架。从资源、文化、科技、供给与治理五个维度揭示其深层障碍，阐释融合过程中结构性失调与治 理短板；提出夯实融合基础、核心文化驱动、强化科技引擎、关键产品突破与治理机制优化的“五维一体” 实践路径，力图实现“体旅文商农”从政策推动向机制内生、从结构拼接向功能耦合的转变。

The deep integration of the sports， tourism， culture， commerce， and agriculture industries is a strategic decision aimed at constructing a new development pattern for building a leading sporting nation and striving to create a new landscape of high-quality development in the sports industry. Using methods such as literature review and logical analysis，this study reveals the intrinsic characteristics and logical mechanisms of the deep integration of the“sports， tourism， culture， commerce， and agriculture” industries. It constructs a dual-wheel driving framework， in which“foundational industries support innovative industries， and innovative industries， in turn， reinforce foundational industries， fostering synergistic coexistence between tradition and innovation.” The study uncovers underlying obstacles from five dimensions— resources， culture， technology， supply， and governance— and explains the structural imbalances and governance shortcomings in the integration process. It proposes a“five-dimensional integrated approach” as a practical path，which includes strengthening the integration foundation， driving integration through core culture， enhancing the technological engine， achieving breakthroughs in key products，and optimizing governance mechanisms. This approach seeks to shift the integration of“sports， tourism， culture， commerce， and agriculture” industries from policy-driven to endogenous mechanism initiative， and from structural assembly to functional coupling.
