自“Lex Sportiva”这一拉丁语被我国学者引入后，我国学界对其翻译有较多表达，汉译并不统 一，这引起对这一国际体育自治法体系的多元理解，也不利于国内学术交流。因此，需要统一的规范性 表达。法律翻译是语言学和法律术语的融合表达，“Lex Sportiva”的翻译也需要从其语词构成和法学内 涵两个方面来理解，既要从词的来源和语义探讨其构成，也要基于国家法与民间自治法的二元法律秩序 的构成来准确表达“Lex Sportiva”的自治法内涵，同时还要兼顾与其他各领域自治法体系翻译上的协调 和统一，基于上述要求，“Lex Sportiva”译为体育自治法更为妥帖。

Since the introduction of the Latin term "Lex Sportiva" by Chinese scholars， there have been various expressions in its Chinese translation in the academic community. The different Chinese translation has led to a diverse understanding of "Lex Sportiva"， which is not conducive to domestic academic exchanges， and therefore， a unified normative expression is needed. Legal translation is an integrated expression of linguistics and legal terminology. The translation of "Lex Sportiva" also needs to be understood from two aspects： lexical composition and legal connotation. It is necessary not only to explore its composition etymologically and semantically but also to accurately convey the autonomous legal connotation of "Lex Sportiva" based on the binary legal order of state law and private autonomous law. At the same time， it is also essential to ensure coordination and unification with the translation of autonomous law systems in other fields. Upon the above requirements，the translation of "Lex Sportiva" as sports autonomous law is more appropriate.
