我国体育联赛，尤其是地方性业余联赛的发展，无论在实践探索还是理论研究方面，尚处于 早期阶段。作为一项新兴的省级业余联赛，江苏省城市足球联赛（下文简称“苏超”）的迅速走红与广泛 传播，为深入理解地方性联赛的价值内涵和发展规律，提供了极具代表性的样本。研究以“体育生态系 统逻辑”理论为视角，旨在对“苏超”的本质属性和内生逻辑进行深入剖析，并探讨其对我国体育联赛 尤其是地方联赛发展的借鉴意义。“苏超”本质上是一个以价值共创为基石，由相互依存的体育平台、 文娱平台、文旅平台、赞助商与城市品牌传播平台等构成的体育生态系统。“苏超”快速崛起的内生逻 辑，主要体现在经济强省的城市竞合导致的生产联赛的共同目标、意愿与资源保障，城市荣耀与社会认 同的深度融合，从体育到文娱的价值共创，“体育搭台，经济唱戏”模式的成功实践，以及科学合理的制 度设计与价值引领。研究在此基础上提出了“苏超”对我国体育联赛发展的启示。

The development of China’ s sports leagues， especially local amateur leagues， is still in the early stage in terms of practical exploration as well as theoretical research. As an emerging provincial-level amateur league， the rapid rise and widespread popularity of the“Jiangsu Super League” provide a highly representative case study for gaining deeper insights into the value proposition and developmental patterns of local leagues. From the perspective of the“sports ecosystem logic” theory， this paper aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the intrinsic attributes and endogenous logic of the“Jiangsu Super League” and explore its implications for the development of China’ s sports leagues， particularly local ones. By essence， the“Jiangsu Super League” is a sports ecosystem based on value co-creation， consisting of interdependent platforms such as sports， cultural and entertainment， cultural tourism， sponsors and urban brand communication platforms. The endogenous drivers behind the rapid rise of the“Jiangsu Super League” primarily manifest the following aspects resulting from the competition and cooperation for running the league in the economically strong province， including the common goals， willingness and resource support， the deep integration of urban glory and social identity， value co-creation from sports to cultural and entertainment fields， the successful practice of the mode of“using sports as a platform to boost economic development”， as well as scientific and reasonable system design and value guidance. The article concludes by summarizing the lessons the“Jiangsu Super League” offers for the development of sports leagues in China.
