运动项目文化规范化建设是推动体育文化繁荣发展的重要抓手，中华体育精神作为体育领域 的核心价值体系，为这一建设提供了思想框架与行动指南。运用实地调研、文献资料和逻辑分析等方法 探究中华体育精神引领运动项目文化规范化建设的价值与方略。研究认为，中华体育精神引领运动项 目文化规范化建设有助于推进体育强国建设，具有扩大社会吸引力和辐射力、提供竞技体育发展动力、 赋能体育产业文化内涵、助力体育文化转型发展、推动构建人类命运共同体 5个方面的价值意蕴。基于 文化层次理论与相关政策文件，从物质、制度、行为、精神文化4个维度，提出中华体育精神引领运动项目 文化规范化建设的着力方向。从运动项目文化规范化建设的角度提出加强运动项目历史辑录，打造运 动项目文化标识，塑造运动项目文化形象，完善运动项目荣誉体系，凝练运动项目精神内涵，加强运动项 目文化教育5个方面的实践方略。

Standardized construction of sports event culture serves as a pivotal driver for the prosperous growth of sports culture. The Chinese sports spirit， functioning as the fundamental value system within the athletic domain, provides both conceptual frameworks and operational guidelines for this construction process. This paper explores the value and strategy of Chinese sports spirit in promoting the standardized construction of sports projects culture through field research， literature review， and logical analysis. The study suggests that guiding the cultural standardization of sports projects through the Chinese sports spirit helps advance the construction of a leading sporting nation. It adds value in five areas：enhancing social appeal and influence， providing momentum for the development of competitive sports， empowering the cultural connotation of the sports industry， supporting the transformation and development of sports culture， and promoting the building of a community with a shared future for humanity. Based on the theory of cultural hierarchy and policy documents， this paper proposes the directions for the standardized construction of sports event culture guided by Chinese sports spirit from four dimensions： material， institutional， behavioral， and spiritual culture. From the perspective of standardised construction of sports culture， it puts forward five practical strategies to strengthen the historical record of sports projects， create the cultural logo of sports projects， shape the cultural image of sports projects， improve the honour system of sports projects， refine the spiritual connotation of sports projects and strengthen the cultural education of sports projects.
