旋转门机制是我国体育智库功能发挥和有效运行不可或缺的重要配套机制。研究运用文献资料法等，探讨我国体育智库旋转门机制建设问题，以推动我国体育智库旋转门机制实践发展。研究发现，体育智库旋转门机制通过深化我国体育人才发展体制机制改革、提升体育部门科学决策水平和促进我国体育高端智库建设等，助推我国体育治理现代化。旋转门机制大致包含旋转环境、旋转主体、旋转动力、旋转渠道和旋转规范5个构成要素。我国体育智库旋转门机制建设面临政治体制和社会文化的制约、体育智库人才供给不足、自上而下的实践引领不足、缺少多样化的旋转方式、人才旋转规范有待完善等困境，结合我国体育智库的发展现状，提出以下对策：营造旋转环境，深化政治体制和文化改革；壮大旋转主体，注重政策实践人才培养；提升旋转动力，有关部门推动旋转试点；建立旋转渠道，采取多元化的旋转方式；完善旋转规范，提供人才旋转基本参照。

The revolving door mechanism is an essential supporting mechanism for the effective functioning and operation of sports think tanks in China. By employing methods such as literature review，this study explores the construction of the revolving door mechanism in China’s sports think tanks to promote its practical development. The findings indicate that the revolving door mechanism contributes to the modernization of sports governance in China by deepening reforms in the talent development system，enhancing scientific decision-making in sports departments，and fostering the development of high-level sports think tanks. The revolving door mechanism generally consists of five components：revolving environment，revolving participants，revolving incentives，revolving channels，and revolving rules. However，the construction of the revolving door mechanism for China’s sports think tanks faces several challenges，including constraints from political systems and social culture，insufficient talent supply for sports think tanks，limited top-down practical guidance，a lack of diversified revolving methods，and incomplete revolving rules. Based on the current development status of sports think tanks in China，the following strategies are proposed：create a conducive revolving environment by deepening political and cultural reforms； expand the pool of revolving participants by focusing on cultivating policy and practical talents； enhance revolving incentives through pilot programs initiated by relevant departments； establish revolving channels by adopting diversified revolving approaches； and improve revolving rules to provide basic guidelines for talent mobility.
