[摘要]
在智媒时代下,探寻大型体育赛事网络舆论生态治理问题,对促进体育赛事高质量发展,助力体育强国和网络强国建设具有重要意义。研究认为,智媒时代大型体育赛事网络舆论生态治理的基本逻辑在参与主体层面上,要树立体育舆论生态治理全局观,以确保治理方向;在协作机制层面上,要坚持以人民为中心的发展理念,以推进治理共享;在治理效能层面上,要不断创新舆论治理手段与方法,以提高治理效率。当前大型体育赛事网络舆论生态治理依然面临治理主体缺少与时俱进的智慧治理理念、多元主体之间协同治理机制尚不完善、平台和专业技术人才薄弱致使治理效能欠佳等诸多现实困境。据此提出创新路径:转变治理主体治理赛事舆论的理念,打造大数据智慧化治理思维;健全赛事舆论治理模式和监管体系,形成多元主体协同共治机制;加大数据平台建设和人才培养力度,提升赛事舆论生态治理效能。

In the era of intelligent media,it is of great significance to explore the governance of online public opinion ecology for large-scale sports events for promoting the high-quality development of sports events and boosting China’s strength in sports and cyberspace. The research suggests that in the era of intelligent media,the basic logic of online public opinion ecological governance for large-scale sports events is to establish a global perspective at the level of participating entities,in order to ensure the direction of governance; At the level of collaboration mechanism,we must adhere to the development concept centered on the people and promote governance sharing; At the level of governance performance,it is necessary to continuously innovate public opinion governance methods and techniques to improve governance efficiency. The current governance of online public opinion ecology in large-scale sports events still faces many practical difficulties,such as the lack of a smart governance concept that keeps up with the times among governance subjects,incomplete collaborative governance mechanisms among multiple subjects,and weak platforms and the lack of professional technical talents,resulting in poor governance effectiveness. Therefore,an innovative path is proposed to transform the concept of governance subjects managing public opinion in sports events,and creating a big data intelligent governance mindset; establish a sound public opinion governance model and regulatory system for sports events,and form a multi-party collaborative governance mechanism; and intensify the construction of data platforms and talent cultivation efforts to enhance the efficiency of public opinion governance in sports events.
