运用文献资料调研、文本分析、逻辑归纳等方法对学校体育如何弘扬中华武德展开研究。中华武术在我国学校体育中具有重要的德育价值，有助于大德维度“民族气节”的熏陶，公德维度“见义勇为”的培育，私德维度“谦逊和善”的养成。鉴于学校武术弘扬中华武德的实然困境，基于具身认知理论， 汲取“具身德育”思想，提出了“具身武德”概念。“具身武德”主张武之本在攻防，武之体在竞赛，强调立德树人，以武育人，将功法、套路、拆招、喂手、散手以及产生心理的客观现实，与攻防展演和攻防竞赛的情景有机结合起来，目的是让中华武德融入学生身心深处，融入言行举止生活习惯的细处。实践要求： 确保学校体育武术课时是“具身武德”的前提要求；推动学校体育武术课程与教学改革是“具身武德”的重点要求；提升体育教师的“具身武德”意识与能力是基本要求；重视课内外武术攻防展演与攻防对抗竞赛相互联动是“具身武德”的核心要求。

Using methods such as literature research，text analysis，and logical induction，this study investigates how school physical education promotes Chinese Wushu ethics in school physical education. Chinese Wushu has important moral value in school physical education in China，contributing to the cultivation of “national integrity” in the dimension of great morality， the cultivation of “courage and righteousness” in the dimension of public morality，and the cultivation of “humility and kindness” in the dimension of private morality. In view of the practical predicament of carrying forward Chinese Wushu ethics in schools，based on the theory of embodied cognition and the concept of “embodied moral education”，the concept of “embodied Wushu ethics” was proposed. Embodied Wushu ethics advocates that the foundation of Wushu lies in attack and defense，and the body of Wushu lies in competition. It emphasizes cultivating virtues and educating people with Wushu，and combines the objective reality of Wushu techniques，routines，moves，hand feeding，free play，and psychological development with the scenes of attack and defense performances and competitions. The purpose is to integrate ethics of Wushu deeply into the students’ bodies and minds，as well as into the details of their behaviors and habits. Moreover，the practical requirements include： ensuring the Wushu class hours in schools is the prerequisite for “Embodied Wushu ethics”； promoting the reform of physical education and Wushu curriculum and teaching in schools is the key requirement； enhancing the awareness and ability of physical education teachers’“embodied Wushu ethics” is the basic requirement； and the core requirement of “embodied Wushu ethics” is to attach importance to the interaction between the offensive and defensive performances and competitions in and out of Wushu classes.
