[摘要]
在全面深化教育体制机制改革背景下,国家对减轻中小学生负担及规范课后延时服务做出最新部署。体育作为课后服务内容中的重要组成部分,需发挥其应有之效。以“主体—客体—内容—手段”为逻辑主线,分析我国课后延时体育服务形成的多重逻辑及现实困境。研究认为,师资力量薄弱遏制课后延时体育服务主体供给、运动安全顾虑制约课后延时体育服务客体参与、内容单一阻滞课后延时体育服务全面均衡发展、支持手段有限阻碍课后延时体育服务社会联结。研究提出,实现多元主体支持, 为课后延时体育服务的有效供给扫清障碍;提升客体主观能动,为课后延时体育服务的参与提供行为动力;丰富内容体系,为课后延时体育服务的均衡发展创造良好条件;改善支持手段,为课后延时体育服务的实现提供关键技术支撑等保障策略。

Under the background of comprehensively deepening the reform of education system and mechanism, new guidance has been issued to ease the academic burden and standardize the after-school program for primary and secondary school students in China. Sports is an important part of the after-school program. Therefore, it should be given its due. This paper uses “subject, object, content and means” as the main logical line, analyzes the multiple logic and realistic dilemma of after-school sports program. It is indicated that the staff shortage affects the subjects supply, the sports safety concerns restricts the objects participation, the single content blocks the comprehensive and balanced development, and the limited means of support hinders the social connection of after-school sports program. This paper proposes to realize the support of multiple subjects to clear the obstacles for the effective supply, promote the subjective initiative of the object to provide behavioral motivation for the participation, enrich the content system to create favourable conditions for the balanced development, and improve the means of support and provide key technical support for the realization of after-school sports program.
