在全面深化教育体制机制改革背景下,国家对减轻中小学生负担及规范课后延时服务作出最新部署。体育作为课后服务内容中的重要组成部分,需发挥其应有之效。基于社会支持理论,以社会支持系统四要素为逻辑主线,分析我国课后延时体育服务形成的多重逻辑及实然困境。认为,师资力量薄弱遏制课后延时体育服务主体供给、运动安全顾虑制约课后延时体育服务客体参与、内容单一阻滞课后延时体育服务全面均衡发展、支持手段有限阻碍课后延时体育服务社会联结。提出,实现多元主体支持,为课后延时体育服务的有效供给扫清障碍;提升客体主观能动,为课后延时体育服务的参与提供行为动力;丰富内容体系,为课后延时体育服务的均衡发展创造良好条件;改善支持手段,为课后延时体育服务的实现提供关键技术支撑等保障策略。

Under the background of comprehensively deepening the reform of education system and mechanism, the state has made the latest deployment to reduce the burden on primary and secondary school students and standardize delay services after class. As an important part of service after class, sports should play its due role. Based on the theory of social support and taking the four elements of social support system as the logical main line, this paper analyzed the multiple logic and practical dilemma of delayed sports service after class in China. It is considered that the weak strength of teachers restricts the subjects supply, sports safety concerns restrict the objects participation, the single content hinders the comprehensive and balanced development, and the limited means of support hinders the social connection of delayed sports service after class. It is proposed to realize the support of multiple subjects and clear the obstacles for the effective supply; improve the subjective initiative of the object and provide behavioral motivation for the participation; enrich the content system and create good conditions for the balanced development; improve support means and provide key technical support for the realization of delayed sports service after class.
