我国高等体育院校历经近七十年的发展历程，取得了显著办学成绩，但也存在着办学定位不明晰、区域协同不主动、学科专业不平衡等问题。依循发展战略时序，高等体育院校要锚定一流体育大学，统筹职能协调发展；锁定一流体育学科，强化学科融合发展；咬定一流体育专业，打造金课特色发展； 立定服务国家战略，促进区域协同发展；坚定文化传承创新，推动交流合作发展。

The sports colleges and universities in China have made remarkable achievements in nearly 70 years of schooling. However，there are still some problems，such as unclear orientation of running a school，lack of initiative in regional coordination，and imbalance of disciplines and specialties，etc. To solve these problems，according to the development strategy sequence，sports colleges and universities should anchor the first-class sports university，play the overall planning function and develop coordinatedly；lockinthefirst-class sports discipline and strengthen the integrated development of disciplines；insist onthefirst-class sports specialty，create the characteristic development of golden lesson；set up the national service strategy and promote the regional coordinated development；strengthen the cultural inheritance and innovation，and promote the exchanges，cooperation and development of sports colleges and universities.
