以体育产业与健康产业为研究对象，运用文献法、专家咨询法、对比分析法等研究方法，从产业融合的理论视角，研究健康中国战略下体育产业与健康产业融合发展的动因与路径。研究认为：体育产业与健康产业融合发展的动因包括需求拉动、技术创新、管理创新、政府管制放松等四方面；结合健康中国战略， 我国应从加强舆论宣传、借鉴现代科技、优化管理制度、加大政策支持等路径促进体育产业与健康产业的融合发展，期望本研究可以为我国体育产业与健康产业的发展提供有益的借鉴。

From the perspective of industrial integration，this paper studies the causes and paths of the integrated development of sports industry and health industry under the strategy of healthy China. The methods of comparative analysis，literature review and expert consultation are used. According to the research，the causes for the integrated development of sports industry and health industry include demand driving，technology innovation，management innovation，relaxation of government regulation etc. Taking the healthy China strategy into consideration，we should strengthen the publicity，use modern science and technology，optimize the management system and increase policy support to promote the integrated development of sports industry and health industry. It is hoped that this research can provide useful reference for the development of China’s sports industry and health industry
