新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的全球蔓延，致使东京2020年奥运会暂定推迟一年举行。作为深受疫情与奥运会延期影响的奥运城市东京，回顾前路是为未来探路的方法之一。比较并剖析1964年、2020年奥运会背后，作为奥运城市的东京以举办奥运会来促进其发展的主要目标、主要矛盾、所依托的国内外经济与政治环境、与国际奥委会及奥林匹克大家庭利益相关者之间的关系这四个层面，认为奥运城市的综合治理应更加可持续，办奥认识应更加理性，与国际奥委会及奥林匹克大家庭利益相关者之间应更加团结。

The Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games has been postponed for a year due to the global spread of COVID-19. As an Olympic city heavily affected by the epidemic and the postponement of the Games，Tokyo should learn from its Olympic experience.This research makes a comparative analysis between the 1964 Tokyo Olympic Games and 2020 Olympic Games on the Olympic city Tokyo’s promoting its development by hosting the Olympic Games. It analyzes from the aspects of the main objectives，major contradictions，the domestic and international economic and political environment and the relationships with the International Olympic Committee and stakeholders. For the Olympic cities the comprehensive governance should be more sustainable，the Olympic Games should be more rationally understood，and the cooperation and communication should be more united with International Olympic Committee and stakeholders.
