身体运动、身体动作带有明显的族群记忆和参与意识，是一种可供他人观赏的身体运动文化，天然地蕴含了以身体体验为主要感受形式的美好生活意蕴和身体审美内涵。研究通过对体育人类学审美维度的深入探讨与分析，有效回应了中国民族传统体育所涉及的身体审美性、表演性主题以及民族传统体育审美意识、审美文化等问题，为推动我国体育人类学、体育美学学科发展，促进体育理论探索争鸣和美好生活的实现提供有益参考。

Body movements and body actions have obvious ethnic memory and participation consciousness.They are a kind of body movement culture that can be enjoyed by others.They naturally contain the beautiful life meaning and body aesthetic connotation of body experience as the main form of experience.Through in-depth discussion and analysis of the aesthetic dimension of sports anthropology,the study effectively responds to the physical aesthetics,performance themes and national traditional sports aesthetic consciousness and aesthetic culture involved in Chinese traditional sports,thereby provides a useful reference to promote the development of sports anthropology and sports aesthetics,at the same time to promote the exploration of sports theory and the realization of a better life in China.
