厘清归化球员的理论极限和现实基线，使得归化对中国足球真正起到 “善假于物”的作用。归化运动员是国际体育不可逆转的趋势，具有法律正当性，也合乎经济理性，不违背传统民族意识和体育公平竞赛原则。但外籍球员加入中国国籍困难重重，使得当前归化目标只能框定在华裔或者港澳台已经归化的球员，从球员竞技水平上讲，很难对中国足球产生质变，缺乏专门的监管也使得归化很容易沦为异化。促进中国足球归化，需要以联赛模式为突破口，建立“华裔到非华裔”的球员选拔体系，构建外籍运动员归化入籍制度，降低归化球员加入中国国籍难度，同时进一步完善监管，明确归化标准，控制归化数量。

To clarify the theoretical limits and realistic baselines of naturalized players， so that naturalization can play a real role in Chinese football. Naturalized athletes are an irreversible trend of international sports. They have legal legitimacy and economic rationality. They do not violate the traditional national consciousness and the principle of fair competition in sports. However， it is difficult for foreign players to join Chinese nationality， which makes the current goal of naturalization can only be defined as the ethnic Chinese or the players who have been naturalized in Hong Kong， Macao and Taiwan. From the level of players’ competitiveness， it is difficult to produce qualitative changes in Chinese football. Lack of special supervision also makes naturalization easy to degenerate into alienation. In order to promote the naturalization of Chinese football， it is necessary to take league mode as the breakthrough point， establish the “Chinese to non-Chinese” player selection system， construct the naturalization naturalization system for foreign athletes， reduce the difficulty for naturalized players to become Chinese nationals， and further improve the supervision， clarify the naturalization standards and control the number of naturalized players.
