在2018亚运会女子羽毛球团体决赛中，日本女队继续展示强大的整体优势，时隔48年再次夺得团体项目金牌，延续着东京奥运周期新的辉煌。研究发现：双轨制人才培养体系及完善的各层级竞赛、东京奥运会周期的空前关注度、早已启动的“十年计划”项目以及透明的人才选拔机制，是日本女子羽毛球崛起的主要成因。中国女子羽毛球正处在“转型期”，针对队伍年轻化现象严重且人员匮乏、竞技实力下滑的现状，可以通过日本崛起的现实得到启示：从提升教练团队水平、把握技战术前沿动态、拓宽运动员选材思路等环节入手，积极寻求新突破、新发展，以期在东京奥运会上重振昔日雄风。

In the badminton finals of the women’s team event at Asian Games 2018，the Japanese Team showed their powerful overall advantages，which entitled them to the gold medal again after 48 years，and continued their glorious achievement in the Tokyo Olympics period. The research finds out that the main cause， for the rise of Japanese women’s badminton team，refers to the dual-track system of talent training and the perfect all-level competitions，the unprecedented attention in the period of the Tokyo Olympics，the “decade project” which has long been carried out，and the transparent mechanism of talent selection.The Chinese women team’s current situation is that the team is in the period of transforming，that the members of the team are badly young，that it suffers from a shortage of talents and that its competition is declining.As a result，the Chinese women’s badminton team could get some inspiration from the rise of the Japanese team.By means of such way as advancing the level of coach team，keeping track of the current trends of the technique and tactics，widening the ways of selecting qualified players and so on，the Chinese women team can pursue a new breakthrough and development and make itself rebooted at the Tokyo Olympics.
